coaching services
As a self-love coach, I work one-on-one with clients who want to increase their self-confidence, improve their relationships, and love themselves more deeply. Coaching is a collaborative process driven by the client’s goals and desires - this means that as the client, you identify the outcomes you hope to accomplish in coaching, and we work together to achieve them using a holistic approach and a variety of tools and modalities.
My areas of specialty include:
Boundaries & Relationships
Self-confidence
Sex & Intimacy
Body Image
Sexuality & Identity
Some terms that describe my approach to coaching & methods I use:
Strengths-based coaching
Attachment theory
Inner child healing
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Breathwork & meditation
Somatic healing
Mind-body connection
I meet with clients for 50-minute sessions, typically via Zoom, on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis (frequency of sessions is decided with each client based on goals and needs). My starting rate is $150 per 50-minute session.

training & certification
I bring a unique combination of experiences and expertise to my work as a self-love coach. I utilize a combination of skills from my nationally-accredited coaching certification, my masters-level training in counseling, and training in breathwork and meditation practices to create a one-of-a-kind, supportive container for my clients to grow toward their goals.
While my work is deeply informed by my training as a therapist, I practice as a certified professional coach - not as a licensed therapist or mental health counselor. While coaching and therapy provide many overlapping benefits (a confidential container for growth and reflection, the support of a trained professional, etc.), I am not able to provide treatment for mental health diagnoses.
I have included more information about my training and credentials below - If you have questions about this distinction or could use further clarification, please feel free to reach out to me directly via the contact form below!

who i am & what i believe
It is my firm belief that healers and helping professionals are whole humans doing work that is inherently political. Therefore, as a practitioner, it’s important to me to share transparently about my identities & values with prospective clients and collaborators!
I am a white, fat, queer, cisgender woman born & raised in the American Midwest. I live with chronic anxiety and am a survivor of sexual assault and intimate partner violence.
My work is heavily trauma-informed, and I practice from an abolitionist, anti-racist, and liberationist perspective. I believe that all healing work is political - if we hope to achieve collective healing and liberation, we must work to understand and dismantle the violent systems of oppression that inflict ongoing and complex trauma on those with marginalized identities.
My work is informed by the belief that we are all multi-dimensional beings, capable of holding many truths at once - even truths that sometimes conflict and create tension. My work is to support clients in connecting with their own voice and feeling grounded in themselves, moving through the world in ways that feel most aligned with their personal values and supportive of their identities.
I live in Brooklyn, New York with my wife and our three kids. I am a fan of tattoos, DIY hair dye, astrology, iced coffee (with extra ice!), flowers, and poetry.
